DIY Depot Vanriebeeckstrand was originally established in April 2017, but in 2018 was taken over by new management.
As a community hardware store, we are proud to offer a friendly, personal service to our customers. We cater for the DIY enthusiast, craft enthusiast, as well as the contractors who need building materials. We aim to go above and beyond for our customers. If we don’t carry a product, we will try our best to offer an alternative solution, or to source it for our customers. We also offer free deliveries depending on the distance.

DIY Depot Vanriebeeckstrand also stocks unique product lines which include automotive, arts and crafts as well as paint and products to suit every customer’s DIY need. We also offer services such as tool hire and paint colour mixing.

Our store supports various community charities and schools. These projects/charities include: NSRI, Uitsig Animal Rescue Centre, Wolwerivier Outreach Work – The WOW Project, Peanut Animal Welfare and Melkbos Neighbourhood Watch. We have donated items in need, such as paints and materials, to these charities as well as prize donations for the neighbourhood watch golf day.
